Engineered a robust asset pipeline using Cloudflare R2 (S3-compatible) for distributed storage and PostgreSQL for relational data integrity.

OPTIMIZATION LAYER:

Implemented Hotwire Turbo and instant.page for sub-100ms perceived latency, alongside fragment-level template caching. Engineered a GitHub Actions pipeline(CI) for automated quality gates (Pytest, Mypy, Ruff) and Continuous Deployment (CD) directly to Truehost production servers.

The LMS Method(L-transformation, M-median, S-coefficient of variation) serves as the computational engine for the roadmap below, transforming skewed biological distributions into standard normal Z-scores to derive precise percentiles across varying demographics.
